Merry Tiller Goes To The Movies

When the production company shooting the new motion picture, “Uncle Nino”, needed a garden tiller and they asked around the industry, the one name that was recommended was Merry Tiller.

Uncle Nino is the story of Nino Micelli (Pierino Mascarino), a seventy-year-old Italian, who comes to America for the first time. He surprises his nephew Robert (Joe Mantegna) and his wife Marie (Ann Archer), as the letter announcing his visit never arrived. The movie also stars Danny DeVito. The movie is centered around Uncle Nino’s attempts to restore some lost family values,. He notices a landscape crew using a tiller at a neighbor's residence and decides to create a garden for the family, as his nephew loved to garden as a child.

Uncle Nino acquires his own Merry Tiller and proceeds to turn the entire property into one, big garden.
