We have several trees over 75 ft. so clearing leaves is serious work. We use the Merry Mac to shed leaves and blow the results into our perennial beds. The vacuum hose does a good job of sucking up large piles with minimal clogging, patience helps. We also have a volume if sticks and branches every week and the chipper does a nice job on sticks up to a point, but I wouldn’t shove much quantity of more than 1.5″ pieces in it. I wish there was an optional chute to raise the discharge and allow more direction of it. So will have fabricate something, but this was not a claimed function. The Mac is excellent at what is claimed for it, but it is a residential unit, not a commercial one. Glad I bought it, but I might go for a more powerful model next time.
