Fantastic Service!   I have an older machine and needed to replace the chipper/flywheel because of broken welds and bent fins (not safe to run). It looked like someone (successfully) fed a 4″-6″ branch into the leaf hopper rather than the proper opening. Jen at Mackissic helped find the correct replacement and a leaf bag for the machine. It is great that they continue to support older machines with top notch build quality. This machine has at least another 30 years in it. Thank you Mackissic!
